Here’s what gets done before the coffee even cools:
IMMEDIATE SHUTDOWNS & TERMINATIONS
Safe Injection Sites – Banned.
Needle Exchange Programs – Shut down.
All "Harm Reduction" that enables crime – Defunded.
Nonprofit pipelines enabling criminal activity – Contracts terminated.
Housing First Programs for active addicts – Frozen pending full audit.
Restorative Justice pilot programs – Abolished.
State-funded drug paraphernalia distribution – Prohibited.
"Community Violence Interrupters" with no results – Disbanded.
Parole loopholes for violent repeat offenders – Closed.
No more Safe Junkie Zones. None.
STATE AGENCY REFORM & CLEANUP
Full freeze on new DEI hires – until we audit the corruption.
Dismantle NY Department of Education bureaucracy – SEZ/LEZ transition begins.
End sanctuary policies in all state-funded institutions.
Ban foreign citizens from state-funded benefits, pending legal review.
Immediate audit of CPS and family court systems – including judge oversight.
Suspend all state advertising subsidies to media outlets – cut the propaganda.
CRIME, COURTS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
🪪 Issue statewide order ending plea deals for crimes against women or children.
Empower county sheriffs to enforce border violations under civil trespass law.
Launch NYS prosecutor misconduct review panel – investigate past railroading.
Declare fentanyl a weapon of mass destruction under NY crisis law.
ECONOMY, TAXES, & REVENUE
Issue moratorium on all property seizures over tax debt – especially for elders.
Ban new property taxes on paid-off homes.
Force audit of all state contractors receiving over $1 million/year.
Suspend new toll increases pending review of MTA & DOT corruption.
EDUCATION & YOUTH PROTECTION
Ban gender ideology and CRT in all K–12 public schools – immediate action.
Suspend all public school DEI compliance offices.
Begin statewide rollout of School Empowerment Zones (SEZs).
Issue Executive Order establishing Parent First Rights Doctrine.
Block new funding to SUNY/CUNY campuses that refuse free speech protection.
SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE & BORDERS
Suspend all migrant housing subsidies pending investigation.
Declare NY a border-state-in-crisis for federal leverage.
Prohibit state-funded shelters from housing non-citizens ahead of citizens.
CIVIL RIGHTS & PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY
Ban social media censorship contracts with NY agencies.
Declassify state communication with private platforms (GETTR, X, etc.).
Launch public NY Transparency Portal showing budget, spending, and all deals.
