• First I want to say today has been hard for me. I didn’t know Charley, would have loved to meet him. I didn’t like the way he said things either but he was a man on a mission and the mission I understood and respected.

I think for me, I didn’t see Charley, I saw myself bleeding from the neck.

It marks how far we really haven’t come since JFK, but at least no one dared openly celebrate that.

You took a person, a father and husband but what you can’t take is what he passed on to everyone of us that does love and respect him.

You want war, we have been tolerant and that obviously isn’t what you want anymore,

you are at the point of no return.

What you did will never be forgotten. From this day forth I have zero tolerance for anyone transitioning

I call to action today September 11th 2025 that all transgender services except mental healthcare for the underlined problem and not the symptoms

I’m calling a federal ban on all transgender type services including but not limited to. Hormone therapy, surgery’s, puberty blockers and any other medical procedures not listed.

I’m also calling on federal law against any person speaking to a minor under the age 18 about gender displacement.

You may have won a battle but the war will be ours

  • Midtown Shooting: Are We Missing the Real Story?

The tragedy in Midtown Manhattan that left four people dead—including Blackstone executive Wesley LePatner—was immediately labeled as an NFL‑related grievance. The suspect, Shane Tamura, reportedly left a suicide note blaming the league for brain injuries, despite only ever playing high‑school football.

    But key questions remain unanswered:
    • Why target NFL offices when Tamura had no ties to the league?
    • Why did his route and actions lead him directly into a building housing Blackstone executives?
    • Why has critical evidence—like full security footage, ballistic reports, and elevator access logs—still not been released?
    • Could the narrative about the NFL grievance be misdirection masking another motive?

High‑profile corporate and political interests intersect in this case. Without transparency, speculation will only grow. New Yorkers deserve full disclosure and an investigation untainted by institutional influence.

Should every major shooting investigation release its surveillance footage and key evidence to the public? Would this prevent conspiracy theories—or expose uncomfortable truths?

  • A Heartbreaking Day for Manhattan — Let’s Lead With Respect and Patience

Yesterday, tragedy struck Manhattan. Families are grieving, communities are shaken, and an entire city is asking why. My heart is with every person affected.

In moments like this, leadership means more than statements — it means discipline. We must let law enforcement do their work without interference, rumors, or speculation. The families deserve answers rooted in truth, not noise.

This campaign has always stood for protecting New Yorkers — not just with policy, but with respect in moments of pain. We’ll continue to push for safer communities, stronger emergency response, and accountability at every level of government.

For now, let’s show what it means to stand together: give the investigators the space they need, and give the families the support they deserve.

  • The Truth About Rosanne Boyland’s Death: Even J6 Defenders Admit It Was an Overdose

Tommy Tatum — a January 6 participant — continues to claim Rosanne Boyland was “murdered by police” and that the government hid “HD footage” proving it.
But here’s the reality no one in the media or fringe circles wants to admit:

    1. The Official Ruling: Accidental Overdose
    • The D.C. Medical Examiner determined Rosanne Boyland died of acute amphetamine intoxication (a fatal overdose) — not beating, not trampling, not murder.
    • This conclusion has been reviewed in court documents, congressional records, and multiple independent investigations.

    2. Fact-Checks Across the Spectrum
    • FactCheck.org, Newsweek, Vanity Fair, and WaPo: All found no evidence of hidden HD footage or a murder cover‑up.
    • The supposed “grainy footage” claim ignores that multiple camera angles were reviewed publicly and in court — none support Tatum’s version.

    3. Even Right-Leaning Voices Agree

This isn’t just a “mainstream narrative.”
Prominent J6-sympathetic commentators and conservative outlets have acknowledged the overdose ruling:
    • Julie Kelly (American Greatness): Focuses on prison conditions but does not dispute the overdose finding.
    • Rekieta Law (Nick Rekieta): Conservative streamer; reviewed evidence, concluded there’s “no murder evidence.”
    • The Gateway Pundit: Initially amplified rumors, later shifted to covering Boyland’s tragedy and addiction rather than alleging murder.
    • Look Ahead America: A leading J6 advocacy group; fights for detainees’ rights but doesn’t back murder claims.

Even among Boyland’s own supporters, Tatum’s theory is fringe.

    4. Why the Truth Matters

False claims don’t just smear the truth — they weaken legitimate calls for accountability.
The chaos of January 6 was real. The pain of the families is real. But inventing murder conspiracies dishonors both.

    5. Claims of “Expertise”
    • Tatum brands himself as a January 6 “footage expert,” promoting his own reviews of Capitol videos online.
    • But his central claim about Rosanne Boyland — that she was murdered by police — has been repeatedly disproven by:
    • The D.C. Medical Examiner’s autopsy (overdose).
    • Multiple video angles reviewed by Congress, media, and independent analysts.
    • J6 defense attorneys who did not pursue murder arguments in court filings.

If he’s wrong about this, how reliable is any of his “analysis”?

    6. Was He Even Beside Her?
    • Tatum claims he was physically next to Boyland when she died.
    • No verified evidence — such as contemporaneous photos, video, or official witness statements — confirms this.
    • His claim relies solely on his own testimony, which is contradicted by:
    • Crowd-sourced video mapping of the tunnel area (Boyland’s position vs. Tatum’s known movements).
    • Lack of corroboration from other defendants or witnesses present.
    • Multiple J6 defendant accounts and court exhibits place different individuals near Boyland during her collapse.

    7. Why This Matters
    • Tatum’s personal credibility hinges on this claim. If he lied or misrepresented being next to Boyland, his entire “expert” persona collapses.
    • By pushing a disproven murder narrative, he undermines legitimate J6 grievances (e.g., overcharging, prison conditions) and makes it easier for critics to dismiss all J6 concerns as conspiracy.

    Our Stand

This campaign fights for transparency and justice — based on facts, not internet rumors.
New York, and America, deserve leaders who tell the hard truth — even when it challenges their own side.

  • Ex-Casino Exec’s Claims About Trump & Epstein Resurface—But Where’s the Proof?

Once again, unverified allegations are being resurfaced by partisan outlets hoping to stir outrage during election season. A former casino executive is making headlines claiming that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein were “once caught” bringing underage girls to the casino floor—but offers no date, no report, no witnesses, and no charges.

Meanwhile, confirmed flight logs, settlements, and elite guest lists tied to Epstein still go largely unreported—especially when connected to names like Bill Clinton or Prince Andrew.

If media outlets want accountability, they should investigate all involved, not cherry-pick targets to shape an election narrative.

  • The Epstein Case: Hoax, Hype, or Hidden Truth?

Some are calling the Jeffrey Epstein scandal “overblown” or even a “hoax.” Trump now says it was taken out of proportion. But let’s be real — what’s actually happening here?

Epstein was a convicted predator with ties to the most powerful people in the world — from presidents to princes.
He died under one of the most suspicious “suicide” setups in federal prison history.
There are flight logs. There are named associates. What there isn’t… is justice.
No full public list. No serious investigation into the people who protected him.
Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted of trafficking victims to nobody. Think about that.

This isn’t a partisan issue — this is about the cover-up of the century. The story is far from over. And if they can bury the truth about Epstein, what else are they hiding?

  • Why Elise Stefanik Can’t Win New York in 2026 — And Why JSA2026 Is the Alternative Conservatives Deserve

By Jason S. Arnold, Candidate for Governor of New York (JSA2026)

Elise Stefanik is a rising star in national Republican politics — but when it comes to winning the 2026 governor’s race in New York, she’s not the candidate who can get it done. I say this with respect for everything she’s accomplished in Congress. But New York is not Washington, and voters here need a candidate who understands this state from the ground up — not from the top down.

That’s why I’m running. My name is Jason S. Arnold, founder of BETTR, host of TurnNYRed.us, and candidate for Governor of New York in 2026 under the JSA2026 campaign.

The Math Doesn’t Add Up for Elise Stefanik

Stefanik’s supporters say she can flip New York red. The numbers disagree:
    • New York hasn’t elected a Republican governor since George Pataki in 2002.
    • Elise Stefanik’s district (NY-21) represents under 2% of the state’s population.
    • Her statewide favorability among independents is below 30% according to recent Siena and Quinnipiac polling.
    • Downstate counties (NYC, Long Island, Westchester) account for 70%+ of the total vote — areas where she has no organizational base.

Even in the red wave year of 2022, Republicans lost by nearly 350,000 votes statewide, despite strong turnout. We cannot run the same kind of candidate and expect different results.

The Disconnect: Harvard Polishing vs. New York Grit

Elise Stefanik went to Harvard, launched her career in the Bush White House, and has been in politics since her 20s. Again, no shame in that. But let’s be honest:

You don’t go to Harvard today to become wise — you go to become managed.

Stefanik talks about fighting for working-class New Yorkers, but she’s never lived in their neighborhoods. She’s never waited on line at the rent office. She’s never had to navigate broken public housing, underfunded schools, or family court hell.

Where I’ve Lived — The Real New York

Since arriving in New York in 2002, I’ve lived in:
    • Manhattan: Chelsea, Times Square, Lower East Side, Spanish Harlem, Washington Heights
    • The Bronx: Hoe Avenue
    • Brooklyn: Bushwick, Sunset Park, Brooklyn Heights
    • Queens: Bellerose
    • Long Island: Franklin Square and Bethpage
    • Upstate: Rochester (Ninth Ward, Ridgeway, Garfield & Chilay)

That’s over 20 years across every region of New York — living, working, surviving, and building. Not just polling and posting.

“When you walk into a room and someone’s wearing too much perfume, you smell it — even if nobody else does.
That’s me in New York. I see the things others have gone nose-blind to.”

Stefanik’s Record: Talking Points vs. Results

Stefanik often campaigns as a fiscal conservative and civil libertarian, but her record doesn’t always match:
Voted for expanded FISA surveillance powers
Supported $100B+ in Ukraine aid while New York cities struggle
Backed massive COVID spending with no accountability
Never introduced a bill to fix NY schools
No action on NY property tax relief
No real plan to protect New Yorkers from federal mandates (CBDCs, digital IDs, lockdowns)

What I Stand For – The JSA2026 Platform

I’m not backed by PACs. I’m backed by the people. My campaign policies include:
    • SEZ & LEZ education reform zones – putting parents back in charge
    • End property taxes on fully paid-off homes
    • New York Liberty & Survival Act – banning CBDCs, protecting food and water access, restoring local economic freedom
    • Universal emergency care access – no one denied help, no Medicaid trap
    • Family court reform – end corruption, restore balance
    • State anti-censorship shield law – protect speech in New York even if D.C. won’t

    These aren’t slogans — they’re legislative blueprints.

2026 Is Too Important for a Safe Bet

Elise Stefanik will be painted as a D.C. career politician no matter how much red she wears on stage. We’ve seen this movie before — and it ends in a blowout loss.

    JSA2026 offers something else:
    • Raw truth
    • Real-world experience
    • A fighter’s heart
    • A builder’s vision

We can’t run someone who’s polling well inside party circles but collapsing statewide. We need a candidate who grew through the struggle — not someone who read about it in talking points.

    Final Word

I love New York. I’ve lived it. I’ve nearly died in it. And I’ve come back to fight for it.

“I’m not a good candidate — I’m the right one.”

  • If Harvard University were to lose its accreditation — a highly unlikely scenario — the consequences would be enormous and far-reaching. Here’s a breakdown of the key effects:

    Immediate Academic Consequences
    • Degrees Lose Prestige: Diplomas from an unaccredited institution carry far less weight, affecting both past and future graduates.
    • Transfer Problems: Credits from Harvard would likely not transfer to other accredited institutions.
    • Graduate School Admissions: Students applying to law, medical, or graduate programs elsewhere may be rejected or flagged due to a lack of accredited undergraduate credentials.

    Financial Fallout
    • Loss of Federal Funding: Accreditation is a requirement for federal student aid. Harvard students would immediately lose access to Pell Grants, federal loans, and work-study programs.
    • Student Exodus: Enrollment would plummet as students seek transfers, reducing tuition revenue drastically.
    • Research Grants Lost: Most government grants (e.g., from NIH, NSF, DOE) require institutional accreditation.

    Legal and Reputational Impact
    • Lawsuits Likely: Students and alumni may sue, especially those who recently enrolled or are in the middle of their degrees.
    • Massive PR Crisis: Harvard’s brand — arguably its most valuable asset — would suffer a historic collapse.
    • Employer Doubt: Employers might question the credibility of recent Harvard degrees, especially in regulated fields like law or medicine.

    Wider Ripple Effects
    • Collapse of Trust in Elite Institutions: If a school as prominent as Harvard loses accreditation, the legitimacy of elite academia across the board could be shaken.
    • Policy Scrutiny: It would spark congressional hearings and calls for reforms in accreditation, education funding, and academic oversight.
    • Donor Withdrawal: Billion-dollar endowments could face funding freezes or restrictions.

    Why This Would Happen (Hypothetically)

Harvard could lose accreditation only for serious, sustained violations such as:
    • Academic dishonesty or fraud
    • Gross financial mismanagement
    • Discrimination, harassment, or systemic civil rights violations
    • Failing to meet standards for faculty qualifications, student outcomes, or institutional integrity

    Final Thought

Harvard losing accreditation would be like the U.S. defaulting on its debt — catastrophic, globally consequential, and almost unimaginable without massive institutional failure. But the precedent would change higher education forever.

  • Texas Flooding Disaster: At Least 104 Dead, Rescue Efforts Ongoing

Devastating flooding in Texas has claimed the lives of at least 104 people, with search and rescue teams continuing to comb through submerged areas in hopes of finding survivors. Entire communities remain underwater, and the full scale of destruction is still unfolding.

Authorities report that hundreds are missing, and infrastructure failures are complicating relief efforts. This is one of the deadliest flood events in modern Texas history.

Our thoughts are with every family affected. But this is more than a weather event—it’s a national infrastructure failure, and the consequences are deadly.

When will we stop reacting late and start preparing early?

    Failed zoning
    Aging dams and drainage
    Disconnected disaster response
    Urban sprawl without rural readiness

America must treat infrastructure like life support—not a political talking point.

  • Here’s How Much Trump’s Pardons and Commutations Have Cost the Federal Government

A new report claims that Donald Trump’s pardons and commutations may have cost the federal government millions in lost fines, legal appeals, and supervision costs. Critics argue that many of the recipients were political allies or celebrity offenders, not wrongfully convicted citizens.

But here’s the truth they leave out:

The cost of a pardon isn’t the problem.
The real waste is the DOJ's budget being weaponized against political enemies while cartel traffickers walk free.
Meanwhile, January 6 defendants rot in pretrial cells while fentanyl dealers cut plea deals.

If we’re talking dollars, let’s audit DOJ grants, FBI slush funds, and fake domestic terror task forces before crying over paperwork costs for clemency.

  • INDEPENDENCE DAY — AND WHY I CAN’T SLEEP THROUGH IT ANYMORE
Jason S. Arnold for New York Governor
    July 4, 2025

Today is supposed to be about freedom.
But for too many New Yorkers… it doesn’t feel like we’re free.

We’re not free when parents are afraid to speak at school board meetings.
We’re not free when social media silences truth while protecting lies.
We’re not free when veterans beg for housing, when working families drown in taxes, or when justice only finds the rich.

I’m not running for Governor because it’s fun.
I’m running because this country — this state — is breaking in ways most politicians pretend not to see.

I’ve seen what it looks like to lose everything.
To sit in a jail cell. To watch your brother die.
To live in a world where nobody fights for people like you.
That pain either hardens you… or it wakes you up.

    It woke me up.

    BETTR was born from that.
Not just a platform — a rebellion against censorship.
A space to speak without fear.
A way to connect truth-tellers in a system that buries them.

But I knew that wasn’t enough.
If we want New York to heal…
If we want to raise kids in a state worth calling home again…
Then we need more than posts.
We need power. Real, public power — held by people who remember what it’s like to be powerless.

    This is personal.
    Because freedom should mean something.
It should mean that no matter where you come from, no matter what you’ve been through — you matter.

If we forget that, then today is just noise.
    Fireworks covering up broken promises.

But if we remember it — if we reclaim it —
Then Independence Day can mean something again.

    Not just for the wealthy.
    Not just for the connected.
But for the forgotten. The silenced. The survivors.

I’m not a good candidate. I’m the right one.
And I won’t stop fighting until New York is BETTR — for all of us.

    Happy Independence Day.
Let’s earn it. Let’s fight for it. Let’s live like it still matters.
